摘 要:目的:研究优化碳酸氢钠液漱口法改善尿毒症患者口腔pH值的效果。方法:2016年1月-2018年10月收治尿毒症患者99例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规清水漱口法;治疗组采用优化碳酸氢钠液漱口法。比较两组不同时间点口腔pH值。结果:治疗组第3次漱口后10 min、第3次漱口后1 h、第3次漱口后2 h口腔pH值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化碳酸氢钠液漱口法改善尿毒症患者口腔环境更明显,有利于口腔碱化,预防口腔真菌感染。Objective:To explore the effect of optimization of sodium bicarbonate mouthwash to improve the oral pH of uremia.Methods:From January 2016 to October 2018,99 uremic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional water mouthwash;the treatment group was treated with optimized sodium bicarbonate mouthwash.We compared the oral pH values of the two groups at different time points.Results:In the treatment group,the oral pH value of 10 minutes after the third mouthwash,1 hour after the third mouthwash and 2 hours after the third mouthwash was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is more obvious of optimized sodium bicarbonate mouthwash to improve the oral environment of uremic patients,it is good for alkalization of oral cavity and prevention of oral fungal infection.
