摘　　要：目的:探讨心肌应变评价在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的心肌损伤程度及其心功能中的应用。方法:2016年5月-2018年5月收治糖尿病患者114例,分为两组。研究组为2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者;对照组为单纯2型糖尿病患者。分析两组患者心肌损伤情况及心肌应变在对患者疾病评估方面的应用价值。结果:研究组左室前壁、前间隔、后间隔、下壁、后壁以及侧壁基底段、中间段、心尖段舒张早期峰值应变率(SRe)/舒张晚期峰值应变值(SRa)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用SRe、SRa以及SRe/Sra对患者左室心肌舒张功能进行评估,其敏感性明显高于常规心动图检测。Objective:To explore the application of myocardial strain in the evaluation of myocardial injury and cardiac function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease.Methods:114 patients with diabetes were selected from May 2016 to May 2018,they were divided into the two groups.The study group was type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease patients.The control group was simple type 2 diabetic patients.We analyzed myocardial injury situation and application value of myocardial strain in disease evaluation of patients.Results:The SRe/SRa of left ventricular anterior wall,anterior septum,posterior septum,inferior wall,posterior wall,basal segment,middle segment and apical segment of lateral wall in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using SRe,SRa and SRe/SRa to evaluate the left ventricular diastolic function,the sensitivity is significantly higher than that of conventional echocardiography.
