大秦艽汤加味治疗风湿性关节炎(虚痹)的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察大秦艽汤加味治疗风湿性关节炎(虚痹)的临床效果。方法:2017年5月-2019年4月收治风湿性关节炎(虚痹)患者108例,随机分为两组,各54例。参照组采用常规西医治疗;试验组给予大秦艽汤加味治疗。比较两组临床疗效及红细胞沉降率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及红细胞沉降率均显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大秦艽汤加味治疗风湿性关节炎(虚痹)效果显著,能有效提高治疗总有效率及红细胞沉降率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of jiawei gentiana macrophylla decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(deficiency arthralgia).Methods:From May 2017 to April 2019,108 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(deficiency arthralgia)were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine and the experimental group was treated with jiawei gentiana macrophylla decoction.The clinical efficacy and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei gentiana macrophylla decoction is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis(deficiency arthralgia),it can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment and erythrocyte sedimentation rate.
