摘　　要：目的:探讨针对伴有高血压的老年糖尿病患者应用社区护理干预的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治伴有高血压的老年糖尿病患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。常规组接受常规治疗;社区组在常规治疗的基础上采用社区护理干预。比较两组患者的血糖水平、血压控制情况。结果:社区组血糖水平、血压控制情况均优于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对伴有高血压的老年糖尿病患者给予社区护理干预,相较于单纯常规治疗能够更好地控制患者血糖水平和血压水平。Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the elderly diabetes patients with hypertension.Methods:62 elderly diabetic patients with hypertension were selected from February 2018 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 31 cases in each group.The routine group received routine treatment,the community group adopted community nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment.The blood glucose level and blood pressure control of the two groups were compared.Results:The blood glucose level and blood pressure control in the community group were better than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional treatment alone,community nursing intervention can better control the blood glucose level and blood pressure level of elderly diabetes patients with hypertension.
