摘　　要：目的:探究前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的围手术期护理方式和效果。方法:2018年9月-2019年3月收治经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的前列腺增生患者105例,随机分为两组。两组患者均实施经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术;A组实施综合护理;B组实施常规护理。比较两组生存质量评分。结果:A组护理后生活质量评分显著高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术的前列腺增生患者实施围术期综合护理,有利于提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing mode and effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate in the treatment of patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:From September 2018 to March 2019,105 patients with prostate hyperplasia who underwent transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.Group B carried out routine nursing and group A carried out comprehensive nursing.The quality of life score between the two groups was compared.Results:The quality of life score of group A was significantly higher than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing for patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate is beneficial to improve their quality of life.
