摘　　要：目的:观察早期康复对前交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年3月行前交叉韧带重建术患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规康复治疗;治疗组采用早期康复治疗。比较两组患者关节活动度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lysholm膝部评分。结果:治疗组治疗后关节活动度、VAS评分、Lysholm评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复治疗能改善前交叉韧带重建术后患者膝关节活动范围,减轻疼痛程度,提高膝关节功能,促进患者康复。Objective:To observe the effect of early rehabilitation on knee function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019,60 patients underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation and the treatment group was treated with early rehabilitation.The joint range of motion,the visual analogue score(VAS)and the knee Lysholm score of patients in both groups were compared.Results:The joint range of motion,visual analogue score(VAS)and the Lysholm score in the treatment group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation can improve the range of knee joint activity,relieve the pain degree,improve the function of knee joint and promote the rehabilitation of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
