摘　　要：目的:分析初次单采献血者的献血人群结构及招募策略。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年12月初次参加单采血小板献血者1545例,对性别、年龄、职业、受教育程度、招募方式等数据进行统计分析。结果:初次参加单采血小板献血者中,男女比例为4.7:1,以男性为主;年龄以26~45岁人群居多;文化程度以专科学历和高中学历最高,初中学历和本科以上学历次之;职业以不便分类的其他人员为主;招募方式以献血现场招募为主,新媒体招募次之,招募方式逐步由电话招募向现场招募及新媒体招募方式转变。结论:初次参加单采血小板献血者在性别、年龄、职业、受教育程度、招募方式等方面均有显著特点,在制定招募策略时,应根据不同人群制定不同招募策略。Objective:To explore the structure of blood donors for first single blood collection and recruitment strategy.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2018,1545 first time platelet donors were selected.We made statistical analysis on gender,age,occupation,education level,recruitment method and other data.Results:Among the first blood donors to take platelets alone,the ratio of male to female was 4.7:1,mainly male.The majority of them were 26 to 45 years old;The education level was the highest in junior college degree and senior high school degree,followed by junior high school education and bachelor degree or above.The main occupation was other people who were inconvenient to be classified;The main recruitment method was on-site blood donation,followed by new media,the recruitment mode gradually changed from telephone recruitment to on-site recruitment and new media recruitment.Conclusion:Among the first blood donors to take platelets alone,there are significant characteristics in gender,age,occupation,education level and recruitment mode,when making recruitment strategies,we should make different recruitment strategies according to different groups of people.
