摘　　要：介绍使用持续性封闭式负压引流术(VSD)的背景、使用原理及其在糖尿病并发症、难愈合性压疮、慢性感染性伤口、下肢慢性溃疡等方面的应用。指出现在对慢性难愈合伤口、糖尿病足溃疡等多种疾病的机制还不清楚,VSD技术进一步的使用还需不断探索。It introduced the use background,use principle of vacuum sealing drainage and its application in diabetic complications,refractory pressure ulcers,chronic infectious wounds,and chronic ulcers of lower extremities.It was pointed out that the mechanism of various diseases such as chronic refractory wounds and diabetic foot ulcers was still unclear,and further use of VSD needed to be continuously explored.
