摘　　要：总结食管癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘的主要原因,包括全身营养情况、基础疾病、类固醇药物使用、新辅助治疗、解剖结构、术中因素、心理社会因素等,并综述该时段国内外的护理措施和进展,为降低食管癌术后吻合口瘘发生率、缩短病人术后住院时长、促进病人术后康复提供理论依据。It summarized the main causes of anastomotic fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancer,including general nutritional status,basic diseases,steroid use,neoadjuvant therapy,anatomical structure,intraoperative factors and psychosocial factors.It also reviewed the nursing measures and the progress at home and abroad during this period.It provided theoretical basis for reducing the incidence of anastomotic fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancer,shortening the times of hospitalization after operations,and promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
