摘 要:针对当前中小粮食企业普遍存在的集装箱散粮卸货难的问题,本研究设计了集装箱散粮卸货装置。首先分析了集装箱散粮卸货的现状及难度。然后介绍了该集装箱散粮卸货装置的总体设计思路及轮廓概述、静态结构和工作过程、主零部件设计思路。最后总结了该集装箱散粮卸货装置的特点。希望该集装箱散粮卸货装置能在生产实际中得到应用,为广大中小粮食企业的发展作出贡献。In view of current difficulty in unloading bulk grain from containers in small and medium-sized companies for food engineering, research has been made on the design of a bulk grain unloading device from containers. Firstly, the current conditions and difficulty of bulk unloading from containers are analyzed. Then the overall design idea and outline of the bulk grain unloading device is analysed. Its design strategy and contextual description, its static structure and working process, and design ideas of its main component are introduced later. Finally, the characteristics of the bulk grain unloading device are summarized. It is hoped that the device can be used in industrial production and contribute to the development of small and medium-sized companies in the food engineering domain.
