摘　　要：鼻肠管是肠内营养支持的途径之一,在临床上广泛应用。大量研究表明,鼻肠管是婴儿或儿童胃内喂养失败的有效选择,其可维护肠道完整性,提供营养物质,有助于肠道运动,减少细菌的移位,降低能量的消耗与高代谢水平,同时还可迅速建立肠内营养通道,解决肠胃动力差的患儿肠管无法到达空肠的问题。但在鼻肠管营养过程中患儿可能会出现不耐受情况及各种并发症,其中机械性、胃肠道、代谢性、呼吸道并发症最常见。本文就鼻肠管喂养的应用范围、置管方法、常见并发症及护理对策进行综述,以期为儿童鼻肠管喂养的护理提供参考。Nasointestinal tube is one of the ways of enteral nutritional support and is widely used in clinical practice.Numerous studies have shown that the nasointestinal tube is an effective choice for infants or children who have failed feeding in the stomach.It can maintain intestinal integrity,provide nutrients,help intestinal movement,reduce bacterial migration,reduce energy consumption and high metabolism level,at the same time can quickly establish enteral nutrition channels,to solve the problem of children with poor gastrointestinal motility cannot reach the jejunum.However,children may experience intolerance and various complications during nasal and enteral nutrition.Mechanical,gastrointestinal,metabolic,and respiratory complications are the most common.This article reviews the scope of application,placement methods,common complications,and nursing strategies of nasointestinal tube feeding,in order to provide a reference for the care of nasointestinal tube feeding in children.
