2019年中国北京世界园艺博览会园区医疗站点接诊情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的分析2019年中国北京世界园艺博览会(简称世园会)运行期间园区医疗站点报告的接诊情况,为其它大型活动的医疗服务和保障工作提供参考和借鉴。方法收集2019年4月29日~10月7日世园会园区2个医疗站点报告的接诊数据,应用SPSS 19.0软件对报告的接诊病例情况及其与气象因素之间的关系进行统计学描述和分析。结果医疗站点共报告接诊6913人次,以游客和中国籍为主,节假日和每日12∶00~12∶59为接诊高峰,伤害为首要就诊原因;6月份和7月份是园区肠道疾病和中暑就诊高峰,4月份和10月份为上感类疾病就诊高峰,每日最高气温和每日最低气温与中暑和肠道类疾病就诊量呈正相关(P<0.05);每日最低气温与上感类疾病的就诊量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论世园会园区医疗站点的就诊量有节假日效应,就诊原因以伤害为主,中暑、肠道疾病和上感类疾病的就诊量与气象因素有关;室外同类大型活动应重点加强伤害的预防,结合气象情况,做好相应的医疗资源配置。Objective To analyze the admissions report of the medical stations in the park during the operation of the 2019 Beijing World Horticultural Exposition(abbreviated as the World Garden Expo)to provide reference and reference for other large-scale medical services and guarantees.Methods Collect the data of the consultations reported at the two medical stations of the World Expo Park from April 29th to October 7th,2019,and use SPSS19.0 software to make statistics on the reported cases and their relationship with meteorological factors Academic description and analysis.Results A total of 6913 visits were reported at medical sites,mainly tourists and Chinese nationals.Holidays and daily peaks were 12∶00-12∶59.Injuries were the primary reason for visits;June and July were intestinal diseases and the peak of heat stroke consultation,the peak of upper sense disease visits in April and October,the daily maximum temperature and the daily minimum temperature are positively correlated with the heat stroke and intestinal disease visits(P<0.05);the daily minimum temperature and upper sense the number of medical consultations was negatively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of visits to the medical stations of the World Expo Park has a holiday effect.The main reasons for the visits are injuries.The number of visits to heat stroke,intestinal diseases and upper-sensitivity diseases is related to meteorological factors;According to the meteorological conditions,make appropriate allocation of medical resources.
