摘　　要：目的观察早期综合康复护理干预对风湿性心脏病患者换瓣术后康复效果的影响。方法选择2018年1~12月于我院行单纯换瓣术治疗的254例风湿性心脏病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法为康复组(129例)与对照组(125例)。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,康复组患者在此基础上给予早期综合康复护理,比较两组术后心功能改善、生活质量及术后并发症发生情况。结果康复组心功能改善总有效率(96.90%)高于对照组(75.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复组并发症总发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(26.40%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者QOL-C30评分均较护理前上升,且康复组QOL-C30评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行换瓣术治疗的风湿性心脏病患者,术后实施早期综合康复护理干预有利于患者心功能改善,可降低术后并发症发生率及提高患者生活质量,值得应用。Objective To observe the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients with rheumatic heart disease after valve replacement.Methods 254 patients with rheumatic heart disease who were treated with simple valve replacement in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and according to the random number table method,the rehabilitation group(129 cases)and the control group(125 cases)were used.Patients in the control group were given routine care after the operation,and patients in the rehabilitation group were given early comprehensive rehabilitation care on this basis.The postoperative cardiac function improvement,quality of life and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of heart function improvement in rehabilitation group(96.90%)was higher than that in control group(75.20%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in rehabilitation group(6.98%)was lower than that in control group(26.40%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the QOL-C30 scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before the care,and the QOL-C30 score of the rehabilitation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatic heart disease treated with valve replacement,early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention after operation is conducive to the improvement of patients'cardiac function,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
