追踪方法学在某三甲医院临床用药安全管理中的效果

摘　　要：目的研究追踪方法学在药物安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月~12月未应用追踪方法学分析不合理用药原因的资料与我院于2018年1月~12月在临床用药安全管理中应用追踪方法学分析不合理用药原因,并针对性提出临床用药安全管理措施的资料进行比较,分析二者临床用药不良事件发生率、用药安全管理指标(医嘱查对、用药安全管理、患者身份识别)。结果应用追踪方法学应用后,临床用药不良事件发生率(0.07%)低于应用前(0.23%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医嘱查对合格率(98.57%)、用药安全管理合格率(97.14%)及患者身份识别合格率(99.29%)均高于应用前的88.98%、87.05%、91.18%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床用药安全管理中运用追踪方法学,找寻问题根本原因,针对性地提出整改措施,并对整改效果追踪评价,可有效保障临床用药安全,降低用药不良事件发生率,进一步为临床护理质量提高奠定基础。Objective To study the application effect of tracking methodology in drug safety management.Methods The data of the reasons for irrational drug use that were not applied by our hospital from January to December 2017 were analyzed,and the reason for irrational drug use was analyzed by our hospital in January to December 2018 in the clinical drug safety management.In addition,the data of clinical drug safety management measures were proposed for comparison,and the incidence of clinical drug adverse events and drug safety management indicators(medical order checking,drug safety management,and patient identification)were analyzed.Results After the application of the tracking methodology,the incidence of clinical drug adverse events(0.07%)was lower than that before application(0.23%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified rate of medical orders(98.57%),medication safety management qualification rate(97.14%)and patient identification qualification rate(99.29%)were higher than those before application 88.98%,87.05%,91.18%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of tracking methodology in the safety management of clinical medication,finding the root cause of the problem,targeted rectification measures,and follow-up evaluation of the rectification effect can effectively guarantee the safety of clinical medication,reduce the incidence of adverse drug events,and further improve the quality of clinical care raise the foundation.
