摘 要:采用金属型铸造制备了不同w(Zn)/w(Sn)的Mg-Zn-Sn(ZT)合金,研究了其铸态下的微观组织及力学性能。结果表明,当Zn和Sn质量分数总和为8%时,随着w(Zn)/w(Sn)的增加,合金晶界粗化,晶界上第二相或共晶数量增加。合金力学性能随w(Zn)/w(Sn)的增高先增加后降低,其中w(Zn)/w(Sn)为5/3时合金强度最高,抗压强度为296MPa,w(Zn)/w(Sn)为3/5时,合金压缩率最高,为21.5%。此外,还分析了Zn、Sn及w(Zn)/w(Sn)对Mg-Zn-Sn合金强度和塑性的影响机制。Mg-Zn-Sn alloys with different w(Zn)/w(Sn)mass ratios were prepared in permanent mould,and microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast alloys were investigated.The results reveal that when the total amount of Zn and Sn is constant[w(Zn)+w(Sn)=8%],with the w(Zn)/w(Sn)mass ratios increase,the grain boundary of the alloys becomes coarser and the number of second phase or eutectic phase on the grain boundary are increased.The mechanical properties of the alloy are increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of w(Zn)/w(Sn)mass ratios.The alloy with w(Zn)/w(Sn)mass ratios of 5/3 has the desirable strength,where the compressive strength reaches 296 MPa,and the alloy with w(Zn)/w(Sn)ratio of 3/5 has the highest compression ratio of 21.5%.The mechanism was described of addition elements Zn,Sn and w(Zn)/w(Sn)mass ratio affecting strength and toughness of Mg-Zn-Sn alloys.
