江苏省科技服务业创新生态系统适宜度评价——基于Vague集理论

摘　　要：在创新发展战略的驱动以及创新范式的演进下,科技服务业创新生态系统已然成为一个新的研究热点,广受关注。以江苏省为例,根据科技服务业创新生态系统的理论模型构建评价指标体系,并基于Vague集理论进行实证分析。研究结果表明:江苏省科技服务业创新生态系统的适宜度水平存在较大空间差异,苏南地区普遍优势明显;省内绝大多数城市的进化动量值偏大,苏中、苏北地区在科技服务业创新生态系统的发展方面仍存在相当大的提升空间。Under the evolution of technology innovation development strategy and innovation paradigm,innovation ecosystem in science and technology service industry has become a new research hotspot,which has attracted much attention from the academic community.This paper constructs an evaluation index system based on theoretical model of innovation ecosystem of the science and technology service industry,and then establishes the suitability evaluation model on the basis of Vague sets,taking Jiangsu province as an example for empirical analysis.Research results are as follows:there is a large spatial difference in the suitability level of innovation ecosystem of the science and technology service industry in Jiangsu,and the general advantage of southern Jiangsu is obvious;the evolutionary momentum of most cities in Jiangsu is too large,the middle and north of Jiangsu still have considerable room for improvement in the development of innovation ecosystem in the science and technology service industry.
