美国自然语言处理技术专利情报分析及启示——基于1999—2018年专利数据

摘　　要：自然语言处理技术广泛应用于人工智能的各个领域,具有重要的产业价值。以1999—2018年该领域的美国专利数据为分析对象,从专利申请和授权趋势、专利技术、专利相关主体、诉讼及运营等4个方面进行专利情报剖析,美国自然语言处理产业的研发态势、热点技术分布、主要创新者、竞争环境等情况得以展现。总结美国的经验,提出我国自然语言处理产业的发展应培育以企业为主导的创新格局,加快科研成果转化,加强在美国的专利布局以及注重专业人才培养。Natural language processing(NLP)technology is widely applied in various fields of artificial intelligence,and it is of great industrial value.This paper analyzes the US patent data about NLP during 1999-2018,and researches its patent information from four aspects:patent application and authorization trend,patent technology,patent relative subjects,litigation and operation,and American's NLP industry current situation,such as R&D trend,hot technologies distribution,main innovators,and competitive environment are shown.Based on the study above,some suggestions are put forward to China for the natural language processing industry development,such as cultivating the enterprise-led innovation pattern,accelerating the transformation of scientific research achievements,strengthening the distribution of patents in the United States and attaching importance to the cultivation of professional talents.
