摘 要:由于不完全契约的存在,军民融合中存在的逆向选择和道德风险阻碍了军民融合协同创新效率的提高,军民融合协同创新一直没有取得实质性进展。在传统委托-代理框架下,通过植入互惠性偏好变量论证显示,互惠性偏好下的军民融合效率大于理性偏好下的军民融合效率,有效地克服逆向选择和道德风险,不仅可以提高军工企业和民用企业的收益,还可以提高军民融合总收益。研究表明,军民融合互惠性协同创新的推进,不仅需要军工企业和民用企业的主动实施,还需要政府机构的大力参与,为军工企业和民用企业创造有利的互惠性合作环境。Due to the existence of incomplete contract,the adverse selection and moral hazard in civil-military integration hinder the improvement of the efficiency of military-civilian integration collaborative innovation,and the military-civilian integration collaborative innovation has not made substantial progress.Under the traditional principalagent framework,the article shows that the efficiency of civil-military integration under reciprocal preference is greater than that under rational preference,which can effectively overcome adverse selection and moral hazard,which can not only improve the income of military enterprises and civil enterprises,but also increase the total income of civilmilitary integration.The research shows that the promotion of mutually beneficial cooperative innovation of militarycivilian integration requires not only the initiative of military and civil enterprises,but also the strong participation of government agencies to create a favorable environment for mutually beneficial cooperation between military and civil enterprises.
