不同方法预防下肢静脉曲张病人泡沫硬化治疗后局部并发症的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察水胶体敷料、复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶对下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化治疗后局部并发症的预防作用。[方法]选取下肢静脉曲张行泡沫硬化治疗的病人122例,随机分为A组40例、B组42例及C组40例。A组贴敷水胶体敷料,B组涂擦复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶,C组采用常规处理方法,比较术后3 d、7 d、14 d、30 d 3组病人局部并发症的发生情况。[结果]术后3 d、7 d,A组、B组病人疼痛得分较C组低(P<0.05);术后3 d,A组、B组较C组血栓性浅静脉炎发生的例数较少,分级较轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后14 d、30 d,A组、B组硬结发生率明显低于C组(P<0.05)。术后30 d,3组色素沉着发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]水胶体敷料及复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶在下肢静脉曲张泡沫硬化治疗后即刻使用,可以有效降低局部疼痛及血栓性浅静脉炎的程度及发生率,缩短皮下硬结持续的时间,水胶体敷料还可以有效缩短色素沉着持续时间。Objective:To observe the prophylactic effects of hydrocolloid dressing and compound sodium aescinate gel on local complications of patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs after foam sclerosis treatment.Methods:A total of 122 patients with varicose veins of lower limbs undergoing foam sclerosis,were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into 3 groups:40 cases in group A(hydrocolloid dressing),42 cases in group B(compound sodium aescinate gel),40 cases in group C(traditional method).The incidence rates of local complications were compared between 3 days,7 days,14 days,and 30 days after surgery.Results:At 3 days and 7 days after surgery,pain scores of patients in group A and group B were lower than that of the group C(P<0.05).At 3 days after surgery,cases of thrombophlebitis in group A and group B were fewer than that in group C(P<0.05).And pathological changes degree in group A and group B were more gently than that in group C.At 14 days and 30 days after surgery,incidence rates of induration in group A and group B were lower than that in group C(P<0.05).At 30 days after surgery,there was a significant difference in the incidence of pigmentation among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Hydrocolloid dressing and compound sodium aescinate gel can be used immediately after foam sclerosis treatment among patients with varicose veins of the lower limbs,which can effectively reduce the incidence and extent of local pain and thrombophlebitis,and shorten the duration of subcutaneous induration.Furthermore,application of hydrocolloid dressings can also effectively shorten the duration of pigmentation.
