摘　　要：原发性颈椎间隙化脓性感染是颈椎间盘、相邻软骨终板、椎体等较为少见的感染性病变。本病发病隐匿,临床表现缺乏特异性,容易发生漏诊、误诊等。伴随病情的加重,早期即可出现严重的神经功能障碍。脊柱椎间隙感染中发生于颈椎者最为少见;且关于颈椎间隙感染方面报道的文献较少。本文报道一例原发性颈椎间隙化脓性感染患者临床资料,并结合该病研究进展、争议点进行文献回顾。The pyogenic infection of cervical intervertebral space is a rare inflammatory disease involving the cervical intervertebral disc,adjacent cartilage endplates and vertebral body.This illness is prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis on account of its insidious onset and lack of specificity in clinical symptoms.With conditions being aggravated,the patients might present neural function’s defect in the early days.The intervertebral infection rarely affects the cervical spine,and literatures about cervical intervertebral space infection are infrequently documented.This article reported a case of primary cervical intervertebral space pyogenic infection,and reviewed the recent researches on the issues of the cervical intervertebral space infection in some ways.
