注射用血塞通治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察注射用血塞通治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将入选的199例患者随机分成试验组100例、阳性对照组32例、安慰剂组67例。试验组给予注射用血塞通400 mg+0.9%生理盐水(NS)静脉滴注,1次/d;阳性对照组予灯盏细辛注射液40 mL+0.9%生理盐水(NS)静脉滴注,1次/d;安慰剂组予0.9%NS静脉滴注,1次/d。疗程15 d。结果中医证候改善方面,试验组总有效率95%,阳性对照组总有效率71.87%,安慰剂组总有效率43.28%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心绞痛改善方面,试验组总有效率95%,阳性对照组总有效率71.88%,安慰剂组总有效率44.78%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在心电图、运动平板试验疗效,及硝酸甘油停减率方面,试验组数据亦优于两对照组,但3组比较无统计学差异。结论注射用血塞治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuesaitong Injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 119 cases of coronary stable angina patients were divided into treatment group(n=100),positive control group(n=32)and placebo control group(n=67).The patients in the treatment group used Xuesaitong Injection 400 mg+0.9%NS.The positive control group was treated with Breviscapine Injection 40 mL+0.9%NS and the placebo control group was treated with the 0.9%NS,once a day,with 15 days in a course.Results The treatment group’s total effective rate was 95%,that of the positive control group was 71.87%and it was 43.28%in the placebo control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect of relieving angina pectoris was 95%in the treatment group,71.88%in the positive control group and 44.78%in the placebo control group.And the difference was significant(P<0.05).ECG,motion plate test and the stopping and decreasing of Nitroglycer of the treatment group were superior to those of the two control groups but the difference did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong Injection has obvious clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment of stable angina pectoris due to coronary heart disease.
