摘 要:目的建立以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定肉桂叶中香豆素、肉桂酸、桂皮醛成分含量的方法。方法色谱柱为GL Intertsil ODS3 C18柱(4.6 nm×250 nm,5μm);流动相为乙睛-0.1%磷酸水梯度洗脱;检测波长为290 nm;柱温为25℃。结果香豆素在0.3452~3.452μg范围内与相应的峰面积有良好的线性关系,肉桂酸在0.138~1.38μg范围内与相应的峰面积有良好的线性关系,桂皮醛在0.2142~2.142μg范围内与相应的峰面积有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999、0.9990;香豆素平均回收率96.02%,RSD为0.25%;肉桂酸平均回收率96.43%,RSD为2.9%;桂皮醛平均回收率95.81%,RSD为2.6%。结论本方法简便、快捷,结果准确度高,重复性好,可作为肉桂叶中香豆素、肉桂酸和桂皮醛含量测定方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of coumarin,cinnamic acid cinnamaldehyde and in Folium Cinnamoni.Methods The analytical method was carried out with GL Intertsil ODS3 C18(4.6 nm×250 nm,5μm)columnand.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 290 nm.The column temperature was 25℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.3452~3.452μg,0.138~1.38μg and 0.2142~2.142μg for coumarin,cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde.The correlation coefficient r values were respectively 0.9999,0.9999 and 0.9990.The average recoveries were 96.02%(RSD=0.25%),96.43%(RSD=2.9%)and 95.81%(RSD=2.6%)for coumarin,cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and precise,and applicable for the determination of coumarin,cinnamaldehyde and cinnamic acid in Folium Cinnamoni.
