摘　　要：阴虚证是许多临床疾病中的常见中医证型,所以筛选出合适的动物造模方法对中医药在临床疾病中的研究有着重大意义,通过查阅近6年的文献,按脏腑阴气不足,将阴虚证造模思路分为肾阴虚模型、肺阴虚模型、脾阴虚模型、胃阴虚模型和肝阴虚模型五类。主要对其造模方法进行论述,为中医临床研究阴虚疾病相关实验提供方法参考。Yin deficiency syndromeis a common type of TCM syndromesin many clinical diseases.And so it is very important to filter out anappropriate animal modeling for researchon TCM in clinical diseases.By looking up literature in nearly six years,according to the deficiency of Yin and Qi in Zang-fu organs,the idea of Yin deficiency syndrome is divided into five types:kidney Yin deficiency model,lung Yin deficiency model,spleen Yin deficiency model,stomach Yin deficiency model and liver Yin deficiency model.This review discussed the modeling methodsto provide the reference for the clinical research of Yin deficiency diseases in TCM.
