摘  要:目的通过构建新西兰兔动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)模型,研究清热解毒中药对AS斑块稳定性的影响。方法新西兰雄兔随机分为正常组、模型组、黄连解毒汤低、中、高剂量组,氯喹组及立普妥组。干预后应用血管内超声(IVUS)测定外弹性膜面积(EEMA)、管腔面积(LA)、斑块面积(PA)和斑块负荷(PB);计算斑块的不稳定性指数(Ⅵ)。结果IVUS检测EEMA各组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);LA方面,黄连解毒汤高剂量组及立普妥组较模型组、黄连解毒汤中、低剂量组及氯喹组增加(P<0.05),而氯喹组较黄连解毒汤中、低剂量组有所下降(P<0.05);PA方面,黄连解毒汤低、中、高剂量及立普妥组较模型组有所下降(P<0.05);黄连解毒汤高剂量组和立普妥组较黄连解毒汤低、中剂量组下降(P<0.05),氯喹组与黄连解毒汤低、中剂量组相比有所增加(P<0.05);PB方面,黄连解毒汤低、中、高剂量组和立普妥组低于模型组(P<0.05);黄连解毒汤高剂量组和立普妥组与黄连解毒汤低、中剂量组相比下降(P<0.05),氯喹组与黄连解毒汤低、中剂量组相比有所增加(P<0.05);在LA、PA、PB方面,黄连解毒汤高剂量组与立普妥组相比无差异(P>0.05)。结论黄连解毒汤可以减小PA及PB,增加LA及降低Ⅵ,具有稳定斑块的作用,且呈剂量依赖性,剂量越高稳斑效果越好,其效果与立普妥相当。Objective In order to study the effect of antipyretic and detoxifying herbs on the stability of atherosclerotic plaque in New Zealand rabbits,the atherosclerotic model was established.Methods New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low,middle and high dose groups,chloroquine group and Lipitor group.And the vulnerability index(Ⅵ)was calculated and the external elastic membrane area(EEMA),lumen area(LA),plaque area(PA)and plaque burden(PB)were measured by IVUS.Results There was no significant difference in IVUS among groups(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction middle and low dose groups,chloroquine group and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group and Lipitor group’s LA increased(P<0.05),while chloroquine group’s LA decreased compared with that of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction middle and low dose groups(P<0.05).The PA levels of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low,middle and high dose groups and Lipitor group were lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low and middle dose groups,the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group and Lipitor group’s PA level decreased(P<0.05),and the chloroquine group’s PA level increased compared with that of the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low and middle dose groups(P<0.05).The PB levels of the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low,middle and high dose groups and Lipitor group were lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low and middle dose groups,the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group and Lipitor group’s PB levels decreased(P<0.05),and the chloroquine group’s PB level increased compared with that of the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction low and middle dose groups(P<0.05).In LA,PA,PB,there was no significant difference between the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction high dose group and the Lipitor group(P>0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can decrease PA and PB,increase LA and decreaseⅥ,which has the effect o
