摘　　要：细胞焦亡是新近发现的一种与炎症相关的程序性细胞死亡形式,参与感染性疾病的发生发展。艾滋病(AIDS)是由人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染引起的疾病,靶细胞是CD4^+T淋巴细胞,近期研究表明细胞焦亡是艾滋病T淋巴细胞死亡的主要方式,占95%以上。在前期课题组对HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证进行系统生物学研究,发现差异表达基因CASP1、CASP4、IL1B与细胞焦亡相关,探讨了细胞焦亡在HIV/AIDS肺脾气虚证的作用机制,一方面有利于明确艾滋病中医证候的生物学基础,另一方面为艾滋病的治疗提供新思路,提高中医防治艾滋病的能力和水平。Pyroptosis is a newly-discovered programmed cell death form related to inflammation,which participates in the occurrence and development of infectious diseases.HIV/AIDS is a disease caused by HIV infection.Its target cells are CD4^+ T lymphocytes.Recent studies have shown that pyroptosis is the main mode of death of HIV/AIDS T lymphocytes,accounting for more than 95%.In the early stage,the research group carried out a systematic biological study on HIV/AIDS lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.It was found that the differentially expressed genes CASP1,CASP4 and IL1B were related to pyroptosis.The mechanism of pyroptosis in HIV/AIDS lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome was preliminarily discussed.It is helpful to clarify the biological basis of TCM syndrome of AIDS.On the other hand,it provides new ideas for the treatment of AIDS,and thus improving the ability and level of TCM to prevent and treat HIV/AIDS.
