摘　　要：[目的]利用数据挖掘技术,探索穴位按摩治疗术后恶心、呕吐的选穴配伍规律。[方法]采用“手术后恶心、呕吐”“穴位按压”“穴位按摩”“穴位按揉”为主题词加关键词的检索方式,收集PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)和维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)中穴位按摩治疗术后恶心、呕吐的文献,用Excel 2010软件建立治疗术后恶心、呕吐穴位按摩主穴数据库,对数据进行预处理后,进行穴位频次描述性分析和选穴规律关联分析。[结果]共纳入文献211篇,包含35个穴位,针对人群多为妇科、普外科、产科、肿瘤科和肝胆外科的病人;最常见的选穴依次为内关穴(53.89%)、足三里穴(19.95%)、合谷穴(10.36%)、中脘穴(8.03%)、天枢穴(2.07%)、三阴交穴(2.07%)、涌泉穴(2.07%)和神门穴(1.55%);不同手术类型的术后恶心、呕吐病人选穴不同。[结论]妇科、普外科、产科、肿瘤科和肝胆外科的术后恶心呕吐病人是常见的穴位按摩适应人群,内关穴、足三里穴、合谷穴、中脘穴等是治疗术后恶心、呕吐的常用穴位,配伍选穴可改善术后恶心、呕吐治疗效果,不同手术类型的术后恶心、呕吐病人宜根据情况调整按摩穴位。Objective:To explore the selection and compatibility laws of acupoint to treat postoperative nausea and vomiting based on data mining.Methods:Taking"postoperative nausea and vomiting""acupressure""point rubbing"and"point massage"as subject terms and key words,literatures on acupoint massage to trect postoperatine nousea and vomiting,was collected from PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP).And software Excel 2010 was used to establish a database including related main acupoints to treat postoperative nausea and vomiting.After preprocessing the data,a descriptive analysis of acupoint selection frequency and correlation analysis of acupoint selection laws were conducted.Results:A total of 211 articles were included,including 35 acupoints.Most of targeted patients were from gynecology,general surgery,obstetrics,oncology and hepatobiliary surgery.The most common acupoints were Neiguan(53.89%)and Zusanli(19.95%),Hegu(10.36%),Zhongwan(8.03%),Tianshu(2.07%),Sanyinjiao(2.07%),Yongquan(2.07%)and Shenmen(1.55%).Due to the types of surgery,different patients with postoperative nausea and vomiting had different acupoints.Conclusion:Common crowd sutible for acupoint massage are patients with postoperative nausea and vomiting in gynecology,general surgery,obstetrics,oncology and hepatobiliary surgery.Neiguan,Zusanli,Hegu,Zhongwan acupoints are common acupuncture points for treating postoperative nausea and vomiting.The compatibility selection of acupoints could improves curative effect of postoperative nausea and vomiting.Patients with postoperative nausea and vomiting should adjust the acupoints according to the different types of surgery and specific situation.
