造口术后病人生活质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查造口病人出院后生活质量及其影响因素,为实施针对性护理干预提供依据。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、造口病人生活质量量表、焦虑自评量表对在造口伤口门诊就诊的288例造口病人进行调查,并进行相关性分析和多元线性回归分析。[结果]造口病人生活质量评分为(41.11±18.36)分,焦虑自评量表评分为(48.62±11.02)分;相关分析显示造口术后时间与病人生活质量呈正相关,与焦虑水平呈负相关;多元线性回归分析显示,焦虑水平、造口性质和造口术后时间是肠造口病人生活质量的预测因子,可共同解释其变异的21.7%。[结论]焦虑状况、造口性质和造口术后时间是造口病人生活质量的影响因素,医护人员应给予针对性护理干预,提高病人的生活质量。Objective:To investigate quality of life of ostomy patients after discharge and its influence factors,so as to provide a basis for the implementation of targeted nursing intervention.Methods:Totally 288 cases of ostomy patients,who went to the ostomy wound clinic,were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,scale of quality of life for ostomy patients,and anxiety scale.Then the correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were completed.Results:Score of quality of life of ostomy patients was 41.11±18.36.The score of anxiety self-assessment rating scale was 48.62±11.02.The correlation analysis showed that the time after ostomy was positively correlated with the quality of life.While,it was negatively correlated with the level of anxiety.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that anxiety level,character of ostomy and time after ostomy were the predictors of quality of life of ostomy patients.These three factors could explain 21.7%of total variation.Conclusion:The anxiety level,character of ostomy and the time after ostomy were influencing factors of quality of life for patients after ostomy.Medical staff should give targeted nursing intervention,thus to improve the quality of life of patients.
