摘 要:以高速陶瓷铣磨机床的横梁与立柱为研究对象,设计了环氧树脂混凝土填充结构,通过ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对原型不填充机身和填充结构机身的动、静态性能进行对比与分析,初步确认填充机身可提高陶瓷加工机床的动、静态性能。通过对填充环氧树脂混凝土机床的谐响应实验,验证了理论分析的正确性。结果表明:填充方法可运用于机床减振,提高机床动、静态性能;填充结构在减振抗振方面具有一定的优越性。Taking the beam and column of high-speed ceramic milling machine as the research object,the filled structure of epoxy resin concrete was designed.Through ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software,the dynamic and static performances of the prototype fuselage and the filled fuselage were compared and analyzed.It is preliminarily proved that the filled machine body can improve the dynamic and static performances of ceramic machining machine.The theoretical analysis result was verified by the result of harmonic response experiment of the machine tool filled with epoxy resin concrete.The results show that the filled method can be used to reduce the vibration of machine tools and improve the dynamic and static performances of machine tools.The filling structure has certain advantages in vibration reduction and vibration resistance.
