摘　　要：为解决人工涂刷树干石灰水劳动强度大、涂料不均匀且不能回收等问题,设计出自动控制旋转式树干石灰水喷雾器,通过喷头端的光电检测,控制系统控制机械臂带动机械手靠近树干,各喷头到达合适位置,机械手自从下而上运动,并适度旋转,同时开启喷洒泵,抽取经过配比的石灰水,控制喷头对树干进行均匀喷洒,从而实现自动配比、自动控制喷洒石灰水等功能,并能及时回收洒落的石灰水。使用效果表明:该装置大大提高了石灰水喷洒工作效率,且操作方便、移动灵活、稳定性更好,减轻了工人的劳动强度。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity,uneven paint and non recovery of lime water for manual painting the tree trunk by lime water,an automatic control rotary lime water sprayer for tree trunk was designed.Through photoelectric detection of the nozzle,the control system controls the arm to drive the manipulator close to the tree trunk,and make each sprinkler reach the appropriate position.The manipulator moves from bottom to top and rotates moderately,at the same time,the spray pump is turned on to extract the proportional lime water and control the spray nozzle to spray evenly on the tree trunk,so as to realize the functions of automatic proportioning,automatic control of spraying lime water and so on,and timely recover the scattered lime water.The application results show that the device greatly improves the working efficiency of lime water spraying and reduces the labor intensity of workers,which has the advantages of convenient operation,flexible movement,better stability.
