摘 要:为了掌握机床设备润滑泵泵芯磨损的变化规律,分析集中润滑系统的可靠性。基于灰色预测的方法对润滑泵泵芯磨损进行预测。建立了灰色预测G(1,1)模型;然后,结合润滑泵2000 h磨损试验数据进行预测;通过模型得到机床润滑泵泵芯2000 h后的5个磨损量。通过将试验数据与预测数据进行对比,验证了灰色预测模型的准确性和可行性。结果表明:利用灰色预测模型能获得后期润滑泵泵芯的磨损情况,且该方法的预测结果符合磨损相关规律,对后续机床设备润滑泵的稳定运行及泵芯的修理和更换具有参考意义。In order to grasp the variation law of the pump core wear of machine lubrication pump,the reliability of the centralized lubrication system was analyzed.The lubrication pump core wear was predicted based on the gray prediction method.The gray prediction G(1,1)model was established,the pump core wear was predicted based on the 2000 hours wear test data of the lubrication pump,and the five wear rates after 2000 hours wear test were obtained by the model.The accuracy and feasibility of the grey prediction model were verified by comparing the experimental data with the prediction data.The results show that the grey prediction model can be used to predict the wear of the lubrication pump core,and the prediction result accords with the law of wear correlation.This research provides reference for the stable operation of the lubrication pump and the repair and replacement of the pump core.
