摘  要:采用Matlab软件进行了3种粒级的混凝土再生集料复合料的级配设计,通过试验研究了石灰粉煤灰结合料掺量、结合料中石灰与粉煤灰的比例等参数对石灰粉煤灰稳定再生集料混合料的最大干密度、最佳含水量、7d无侧限抗压强度、28d劈裂强度、90d冲刷质量损失等性能的影响,得到了石灰-粉煤灰比例与混合料7d无侧限抗压强度的关系式,以及石灰粉煤灰稳定再生集料混合料的最优配合比.在此基础上,进行了该最优配合比石灰粉煤灰稳定再生集料的抗冻融试验研究.结果表明,该最优配合比的石灰粉煤灰稳定再生集料是一种力学性能良好的路面基层材料,可用于二级及二级以下等级公路工程.The gradation design of three kinds of granular concrete recycled aggregates was carried out by using MATLAB software.The content of lime fly ash binder,the ratio of lime to fly ash in the binder,and the lime powder were studied through experiments.The effects of the maximum dry density,optimum water content,7d unconfined compressive strength,28d splitting strength and 90d erosion quality loss of coal ash stabilized recycled aggregates were studied.The optimal mix ratio,the relationship between the lime-fly ash ratio and the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the mixture of the lime fly ash stabilized recycled aggregates were obtained.Based on the studies,the freeze-thaw resistance of the lime fly ash stabilized recycled aggregate was optimized.The results show that the lime fly ash stabilized recycled aggregate with the optimal mix ratio is a pavement base material with good mechanical properties,which can be used for grade 2 and below grade highway projects.
