摘 要:涤纶碱减量废水pH值和COD高,可生化性差,一直是印染废水处理的难题。涤纶碱减量加工常用的碱减量促进剂为阳离子型表面活性剂,对微生物生长有抑制作用,严重阻碍涤纶碱减量废水中对苯二甲酸(TA)的生物降解。阴离子型生物表面活性剂可消减阳离子型助剂对细胞生长的抑制作用。试验研究了生物表面活性剂作用下TA的生物降解过程。结果表明,0.5 g/L的鼠李糖脂能够消除0.5 g/L促进剂1227的杀菌作用,使废水中的TA在100 h内降解率达92%。菌株F4经过适应性培养后,在鼠李糖脂协同作用下,48 h内可使碱减量废水中TA质量浓度从1200 mg/L降为50 mg/L,去除率达97%;COD由2290 mg/L降为610 mg/L,去除率为70%。Wastewater of polyester alkali peeling has some characteristics of high pH value, high COD and poor biodegradability. It has always been a difficult problem in the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. An accelerant commonly used in polyester alkali peeling processing is a cationic surfactant,which inhibits the growth of microorganisms and seriously hinders the biodegradation of TA in wastewater. The idea of using anionic biosurfactant to reduce the inhibitory effect of cationic auxiliaries on cell growth is proposed, and the biodegradation process of TA under the action of biosurfactant is studied.The results show that 0.5 g/L of rhamnolipid can eliminate the bactericidal effect of 0.5 g/L promoter1227 and the degradation rate of TA in wastewater reach 92% within 100 h. After the strain F4 is subjected to adaptive culture, under the synergistic effect of rhamnolipid, the TA mass concentration in the alkali peeling wastewater can be reduced from 1 200 mg/L to 50 mg/L within 48 h with the removal rate up to 97%, and COD decreases from 2 290 mg/L to 610 mg/L with the removal rate of 70%.
