摘　　要：涤纶/改性涤纶混纺弹力针织物异色花灰染色,采用分散染料和阳离子染料同浴染色时存在颜色稳定性差、上染不匀和色点等问题,生产中通过加入防沉淀剂S、阳离子染料匀染剂等助剂,可以解决两种染料同浴时存在的问题。结果表明:加入0.1 g/L分散染料匀染剂C,1.5 g/L防沉淀剂S,0.7 g/L阳离子染料匀染剂OD,可提高染色的匀染性;pH值控制在3.5~4.5,分散染料染色温度为80~130℃,阳离子染料染色温度为90~120℃,升温速率控制在0.5℃/min。大生产结果表明,染色产品的质量可以满足客户的要求。When dyeing polyester/modified polyester blended elastic knitted fabric in heterochromatic grey effect, one bath dyeing with disperse dyes and cationic dyes has problems such as poor color stability, uneven dyeing and color defects. The problems of two dyes in one bath can be solved by adding additives such as anti-settling agent S and cationic dye leveling agent. The results show that the leveling property of the dyeings is improved by addition of disperse dye leveling agent C 0.1 g/L, anti-settling agent S 1.5 g/L, cationic dye leveling agent OD 0.7 g/L. The pH value is controlled at 3.5~4.5, the dyeing temperature of disperse dye is 80~130 ℃, the dyeing temperature of cationic dye is 90~120 ℃, the heating rate is controlled at 0.5 ℃/min. The production results show that the quality of dyed products can meet the requirements of customers.
