针灸治疗带状疱疹腧穴配伍规律复杂网络分析

摘　　要：目的探索针刺治疗带状疱疹腧穴配伍规律。方法计算机检索知网、万方、维普、Pub Med数据库中收录的针灸治疗带状疱疹临床研究文献。根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,建立数据库,利用复杂网络分析方法研究针灸治疗带状疱疹腧穴配伍规律。结果纳入51篇文献,提取出75条针灸治疗带状疱疹的处方,复杂网络分析拓扑结构发现以阿是穴、夹脊穴、阳陵泉、足三里、太冲、外关、三阴交、曲池、支沟、合谷穴为核心穴位。其中主穴多选取阿是穴、夹脊穴,肝胆湿热证多配太冲、阳陵泉、外关、支沟穴,脾虚湿盛证多配足三里、三阴交穴,实热证多配合谷、曲池穴。且腧穴多选用特定穴中的五输穴。结论针刺治疗带状疱疹腧穴配伍规律为以局远配穴、辨证配穴为主要的配穴方法,主穴多选取阿是穴、夹脊穴,辨证选取四肢穴位作为常用腧穴。腧穴多选用特定穴,以五输穴为主。Objective To explore the acupoints compatibility rules of acupuncture in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods The related articles were retrieved in four Chinese and English databases,including CNKI,VIP,WANFANG and PubMed.We established a correlative database after screening articles with inclusion and exclusion criteria and performed complex network analysis.Results We included 51 articles,from which extracted 75 acupuncture prescriptions for herpes zoster.We studied the topology of acupoints by using complex network analysis and found that Ashi acupoints,Jiaji(EX-B2)acupoints,Yanglingquan(GB34),Zusanli(ST36),Taichong(LR3),Waiguan(SJ5),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Quchi(LI11),Zhigou(SJ6)and Hegu(LI4)were the core acupoints.Ashi acupoints and Jiaji acupoints(EX-B2)were the main acupoints.Besides,Taichong(LR3),Yanglingquan(GB34).Waiguan(SJ5)and Zhigou(SJ6)were the assistant acupoints in liver and gallbladder dampness syndrome,Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)the assistant acupoints in spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome and Hegu(LI4)and Quchi(LI11)in heat syndrome.And the selected acupoints were mostly five Shu points.Conclusion The main acupoints compatibility rules of herpes zoster are distal-proximal acupoints combination and acupoints combination in accordance with syndrome differentiation and the main acupoints are mostly Ashi acupoints and Jiaji acupoints(EX-B2).We also find that acupoints on limbs are usually selected.Besides,specific acupoints such as five Shu acupoints are commonly used.
