煨脓生肌法治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨煨脓生肌法对浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法临床收集120例慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组60例,均内服消痈乳康汤加减,治疗组外用矾冰纳米乳,而对照组则常规无菌换药,以28 d为1个治疗疗程,观察两组的有效率及疗效率,及乳房肿块、红肿、疼痛、脓肿、瘘管等症状的积分,评价其临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组在有效率、疗效率及乳房肿块、红肿、疼痛、脓肿、瘘管等症状积分的改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论煨脓生肌法能促进慢性期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床愈合,明显减轻患者的症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dredging pus and promoting healing method on plasma cell mastitis.Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic plasma cell mastitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 in each group.The two groups were both treated with Xiaoyong Rukang Decoction.The treatment group was treated with alum ice nanoemulsion,while the control group used routine sterilization dressing.A total of 28 days was a treatment course.We observed the effect and efficacy,and breast lumps,swelling,pain,abscess,fistula and other symptoms to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results Compared with the control group,the improvements of symptom scores,such as efficiency,curative effect,breast lump,swelling,pain,abscess and fistula were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of dredging pus and promoting healing can promote the clinical healing of chronic plasma cell mastitis,and obviously alleviate the symptoms of patients.
