益气养阴通脉方对冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及对Hcy的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴通脉方对冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气阴两虚兼瘀型)的临床疗效及对Hcy的影响。方法将本院收治的64例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组给予西医常规基础治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴通脉方中药治疗,连续治疗4周,观察比较两组患者西雅图心绞痛量表评分、中医证候积分疗效、心电图疗效差异以及血浆Hcy水平。结果治疗前两组患者西雅图心绞痛量表评分、中医证候积分疗效、心电图疗效、血浆Hcy水平差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。治疗后观察组患者西雅图心绞痛量表评分、中医证候积分疗效、心电图疗效均优于对照组,血浆Hcy低于对照组(均P <0. 05)。结论益气养阴通脉方能够改善冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者中医证候积分疗效,提高患者生存质量,降低血浆Hcy水平,具有确切的临床疗效,值得进一步研究应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Recipe on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis type)and its effect on Hcy.Methods Sixty-four patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).The control group was treated with routine basic treatment of western medicine and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Recipe on the basis of control group,and the treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The score of Seattle angina scale and the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral were observed and compared between the two groups.The differences of electrocardiogram effect and plasma Hcy level were compared.Results Before treatment,two groups’Seattle angina pectoris scale score,TCM syndromes integral effect,electrocardiogram effect and plasma Hcy level had no significant difference(all P>0.05).After treatment,the score of Seattle angina pectoris scale,the curative effect of TCM syndromes and electrocardiogram in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the plasma Hcy was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Tongmai Recipe can improve TCM syndromes integral of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,improve patients'quality of life and reduce plasma Hcy level.It has definite clinical curative effect and is worthy of further study and application.
