中药烫熨联合主动运动治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究中药烫熨联合主动运动治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法从本院选择120例KOA患者作为研究对象,按就诊单双号将其随机分为对照组和治疗组。其中对照组采用常规药物治疗,玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,口服骨康胶囊补益肝肾、消炎止痛药。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上,加上中药烫熨联合主动运动治疗。比较两组的总有效率、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、膝关节功能JOA评分及ISOA指数。结果治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组的VAS评分较对照组显著降低(P <0. 05),治疗组JOA评分显著升高(P <0. 05),ISOA指数明显降低(P<0. 05)。结论中药烫熨联合主动运动治疗KOA疗效确切,能够明显减轻疼痛,对恢复膝关节功能有明显的优势。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with active movement on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods Totally 120 patients with KOA were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,oral Gukang capsule for tonifying liver and kidney,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,and anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with active movement therapy on the basis of routine drug treatment.The curative effect,JOA score of knee joint function,ISOA index and visual analogue score(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score decreased significantly,the JOA score increased significantly(P<0.05),and the ISOA index decreased significantly(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with active movement has obvious advantages on improving the curative effect of KOA patients,reducing pain and restoring knee joint function.
