木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸对2型糖尿病足背动脉硬化患者踝臂指数的影响及临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病足背动脉硬化患者采取木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸治疗的疗效。方法选取该院接收的86例2型糖尿病足背动脉粥样硬化患者,时间为2018年1月—2019年1月期间,将入选患者随机分为对照组43例,采取硫辛酸治疗;观察组43例,应用木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸进行临床疗效观察。结果观察组临床有效率较对照组明显升高(P <0. 05);同时,治疗后,两组患者总胆固醇、餐后2 h血糖、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯水平下降,高密度脂蛋白水平升高(P <0. 05),而观察组上述变化较对照组更为明显(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者全血黏度低切、全血黏度中切、红细胞压积、全血黏度高切、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均下降,而观察组下降幅度较对照组更为显著(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组患者踝臂指数、血管内径及足背动脉血流量升高,足背动脉峰值流速、中医证候积分降低(P <0. 05),与对照组比较,观察组变化更为明显(P <0. 05)。结论 2型糖尿病足背动脉硬化患者应用木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸治疗,疗效显著,且安全性较好,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the effect of Mudan Granules combined with sulfuric acid in ankle brachial index(ABI)for dorsal arteriosclerosis of type 2 diabetic foot patients.Methods Eighty-sixdorsal arteriosclerosis of type 2 diabetic foot patients treated from January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was given sulfuric acid.The observation group was given Mudan Granules and sulfuric acid.The clinical effect was probed.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of total cholesterol,2 h postprandial plasma glucose,low-density lipoprotein and triglyceride for two groups were reduced while high-density lipoprotein contents were increased.The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of low-shear whole blood viscosity,middle-shear whole blood viscosity,hematocrit,high-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen for two groups were reduced,and the declining degree in the observation group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ABI,blood vessel diameter and dorsal arterial blood flow for two groups were increased while peak value of dorsal artery and TCM syndrome scores were reduced(P<0.05).The above indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan Granules combined with sulfuric acid can remarkably increase the therapeutic effect and safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
