中医针刺联合刺络拔罐治疗痤疮、黄褐斑等面部损美性疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探究中医针刺联合刺络拔罐治疗痤疮、黄褐斑等面部损美性疾病的疗效。方法将2015年2月—2017年2月在该院接受治疗的80例痤疮、黄褐斑等面部损美性疾病患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组40例,给予常规治疗;观察组40例,在常规治疗基础上给予中医针刺联合刺络拔罐治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的痤疮、黄褐斑面积以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果观察组患者治疗后的痤疮、黄褐斑面积分别为(2. 14±0. 13) cm^2、(2. 31±0. 53)cm^2,均显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),有统计学意义;且观察组治疗后有38例患者显示有效,占95. 0%(38/40),显著高于对照组的72. 5%(29/40),两组差异较大(P <0. 05),统计学有意义。结论中医针刺联合刺络拔罐治疗痤疮、黄褐斑等面部损美性疾病,可缩小面部损美面积,促进面部恢复,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with puncturing collaterals and cupping on acne,chloasma and other facial lesions.Methods Eighty patients with facial lesions,such as acne and chloasma,who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017,were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The acne,chloasma area and clinical effect before and after treatment were comprehensively evaluated.Results After treatment,the areas of acne and chloasma in the observation group were(2.14±0.13)cm^2 and(2.31±0.53)cm^2 respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with puncturing collaterals and cupping in the treatment of acne,chloasma and other facial lesions can reduce the area of facial lesions and promote facial recovery,which is worthy of popularization and application.
