摘　　要：为了解针灸防治肿瘤患者化疗不良反应的研究现状,作者通过对近10年相关临床研究文献进行总结分析,发现针灸主要用于防治化疗后的恶心呕吐等胃肠道反应、周围神经病变、骨髓抑制、疲劳等。其中,针灸防治肿瘤患者化疗后恶心呕吐的临床试验设计相对完善、结果认可度较高,值得推荐;而针灸防治其他不良反应的临床试验质量不高,疗效亦不确定。因此,今后可应用针灸防治其他不良反应开展多中心、大样本、高质量的随机对照试验,提供更多的临床证据。To understand the clinical research progress of acupuncturepreventing and controlling the side effects of chemotherapy,the authors reviewed the relevant domestic and international literature in nearly 10 years and have found that acupuncture is mainly used for prevention and treatment on gastrointestinal reactions,peripheral neuropathy,myelosuppression,fatigueand so on.The clinical trial design of nauseaandvomiting prevented and controlled by acupuncture treatment is relatively better and the results also have high recognition,which is worthy of recommending.However,the quality of clinical trials of other side effects of chemotherapy is not high and the efficacy is uncertain. Therefore, we should carry out multi - center, large - sample, high - qualityRCTs that use acupuncture to prevent and treat other side effects of chemotherapy, whichcan provide more clinical evidence.
