摘　　要：目的研究医院-社区-家庭三位一体管理模式对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者危险因素及不良心血管事件的影响。方法选择2017年8月至2018年8月于阜阳市人民医院诊治的冠心病患者120例进行研究,随机分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=58),对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用医院-社区-家庭三位一体管理模式干预。比较两组干预后满意度、不良心血管事件发生情况及生活质量评分变化情况。结果干预后,两组患者满意率分别为95.16%、82.75%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组不良心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组19.35%vs.39.66%(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者生活质量较干预前显著改善,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者应用医院-社区-家庭三位一体管理模式可改善患者危险因素达标情况及减少不良心血管事件发生,值得临床应用。Objective To study the influence of hospital-community-family trinity management model on risk factors and adverse cardiovascular events(ACE)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods CHD patients(n=120)were chosen from People’s Hospital of Fuyang City from Aug.2017 to Aug.2018,and divided randomly into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=58).The control group was given routine nursing intervention and observation group was additionally intervened with hospital-community-family trinity management model.The degree of satisfaction to interventions,incidence of ACE and scoring changes of quality of life(QOL)were compared between 2 groups.Results The degree of satisfaction to interventions was 95.16%in observation group and 82.75%in control group(P<0.05)after interventions.The incidence rate of ACE was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group(19.35%vs.39.66%,P<0.05)after interventions.QOL was significantly improved in 2 groups after interventions,and the improvement was more significant in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family trinity management model can reduce risk factors and ACE incidence rate in CHD patients,which is worth clinical application.
