摘  要:对螺旋藻作为饲料添加剂添加在花尾榛鸡基础日粮中的作用进行探究,研究螺旋藻添加剂对花尾榛鸡生长性能和免疫器官指数的影响。试验采用了随机设计的方式,将80只健康的21日龄花尾榛鸡随机分成4组,分别为试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅳ组。试验Ⅰ组作为对照组,每组做2个重复,每个重复10只花尾榛鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他3组分别饲喂添加了1.5%、2.0%、2.5%3个梯度的的螺旋藻添加剂的基础日粮,试验期35 d。结果表明,添加3种不同剂量螺旋藻均能提高花尾榛鸡的生长性能和免疫器官指数,其中以添加2%的效果最好。The role of spirulina as a feed additive in the basal diet of hazelnut chickens was studied to obtain the effect of spirulina additive on the growth performance and the immune organ index of the hazelnut chickens. In this paper,a random design method was used to randomly divide 80 healthy 21 day old hazelnuts chickens into four groups, namely,group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ.The group I was used as the control group,and two replicates were made in each group,each of which was 10 hazelnut chickens with flower tail.The basal diet was fed in the control group.And the other three groups were fed with the basic daily ration of the spirulina additive with the three gradient of 1.5%,2.0% and 2.5% respectively.The test lasted 35 days.The results show that the growth performance and the immune organ index of the hazelnut chickens can be improved by the addition of three different doses of spirulina,which is the best for the addition of 2%.
