摘　　要：本调查旨在研究我国蛋白质饲料原料中常规概略养分含量分布情况,从而为饲粮配方的合理设计提供科学依据。对采自东北、西北、西南、华南和华东地区8个省的10种共317个蛋白质饲料原料测定其常规概略养分含量。结果表明,这10种饲料原料的平均水分质量分数为5.35%~8.85%;以绝干物计,10种饲料原料的粗蛋白质质量分数为38.36%~99.91%,粗脂肪质量分数为0.35%~13.17%,粗纤维质质量分数为0~15.36%,粗灰分质量分数为3.85%~20.16%,无氮浸出物质量分数为0.24%~41.40%。通过比较不同省(区)豆粕的常规概略养分含量发现,不同省(区)豆粕的常规概略养分除灰分外,均存在显著差异(P<0.01),不同种类和不同地区饲料原料中常规概略养分含量差异较大。因此,在实际生产中,应充分考虑不同地区基础饲粮中的常规概略养分含量及其利用率,精准配制饲粮,以满足畜禽高效生产需要。The purpose of this survey is to study the distribution of general nutrient content in protein feed raw materials in China,so as to provide scientific basis for the rational design of dietary formulation.The nutrient content of 317 protein feed materials collected from 8 provinces in Northeast,Northwest,Southwest,South and East China was determined.The results showed that the average moisture content of protein feed raw materials ranged from 5.35% to 8.85%;In terms of absolute dry matter,the crude protein content of the feed materials ranged from 38.36 to 99.91,the crude fat content ranged from 0.35 to 13.17,the crude fiber content ranged from 0 to 15.36,the crude ash content ranged from 3.85 to 20.16,and nitrogen-free extraction content ranged from 0.24 to 41.40.By comparing the general nutrient content of soybean meal in different provinces(regions),it was found that there were significant differences in the general nutrient content of soybean meal,except ash content(P<0.01).The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of general nutrients in feed materials of different types and regions.Therefore,in the actual production,the general nutrient content and utilization ratio of the basic diets in different regions should be fully considered,and the diets should be accurately prepared to meet the needs of efficient livestock and poultry production.
