二连浩特鼠疫疫源地近十年主要宿主动物的变化

摘　　要：分析 2009-2018年鼠疫宿主动物种群、密度变化,为制定鼠疫防治措施提供参考依据。方法二连浩特地区2010-2018年鼠疫监测数据,采用流行病学、统计学方法进行分析。结果 2009-2018年,捕获啮齿动物15种1 423只,包括长爪沙鼠、子午沙鼠、大沙鼠、达乌尔黄鼠、赤颊黄鼠、小家鼠、黑线仓鼠、灰仓鼠、黄兔尾鼠、短耳仓鼠、三趾跳鼠、五趾跳鼠、羽尾跳鼠、黑线毛足鼠、小毛足鼠。主要宿主长爪沙鼠最高密度6.0只/hm^2,最低密度0.12只/hm^2,平均密度1.11只/hm^2;捕获媒介蚤19种,鼠体染蚤率51.74%,鼠体蚤指数2.14;检出鼠疫菌48株、阳性血清25份,有7个年份存在动物鼠疫流行。结论内蒙古高原长爪沙鼠鼠疫疫源地二连地区动物鼠疫流行活跃,应加强动物和人间鼠疫的监测,并开展预防性灭鼠灭蚤。Objective The population and density of plague host animals from 2009 to 2018 were analyzed to provide reference for the formulation of plague control measures.Methods The plague monitoring data in Erlianhot from 2010 to 2018 were analyzed by epidemiological and statistical methods.Results From 2009 to 2018, 15 species of 1423 rodents were captured, including long clawed gerbil, meridional gerbil, rat, Daur, cheeked gerbil, house mouse, black line hamster, grey hamster, yellow rabbit tail mouse, short ear hamster, three toed jerboa, five toed jerboa, feather tail jerboa, black line hairy foot mouse and small hairy foot mouse.The highest density of the main host gerbil is 6.0/hm^2, the lowest density is 0.12/hm^2, and the average density is 1.11/hm^2.19 species of fleas are caught, the flea infection rate of the rat is 51.74%, and the flea index of the rat is 2.14.48 strains of Yersinia pestis and 25 positive sera are detected, and the animal plague is prevalent in 7 years.Conclusion Animal plague is active in Erlian area, the plague focus of Mongolian gerbil.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of animal and human plague, and carry out preventive deratization and flea killing.
