摘 要:目的探讨工作场所空气中氨的连续流动分析-水杨酸盐光度法。方法工作场所空气中的氨经稀硫酸吸收液采集后,运用连续流动分析仪,在二水亚硝基铁氰化钠的催化作用下,溶液中的铵离子与水杨酸钠和次氯酸盐(由二氯异氰尿酸钠释放)在碱性缓冲溶液中加热,反应生成蓝绿色化合物,在660 nm波长处定量检测,吸光强度转换成电信号(相对峰高),响应值与吸收液中的铵浓度存在线性关系,从而换算出工作场所空气中氨的含量。结果样品吸收液浓度为0.010 mol/L,氨浓度为0.10~5.00 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r≥0.999,方法检出限为0.007 mg/L,定量限为0.03 mg/L,相对标准偏差为0.18%~0.60%,加标回收率为100%~105%。测量国家有证标准物质,结果均在指定值范围内。结论该方法的检出限低、线性范围宽、准确度高、重现性好、抗干扰能力强及操作自动化,适用于大批量样品的检测。Objective To discuss the continuous flow analysis-salicylate spectrophotometric method for the determination of ammonia in the air of workplace. Methods The ammonia in the air of workplace was first collected by dilute sulfuric acid absorption solution. By applying the continuous flow analyzer, under the catalysis of sodium nitrite ferricyanide dihydrate, the ammonia ions in the solution, together with sodium salicylate and hypochlorite(released by sodium dichloroisocyanurate), were heated in the alkaline buffer solution. The reaction produced blue-green compounds, which were then applied with a quantitative detection in the wavelength of 660 nm. The light absorption intensity was converted into electrical signal(relative peak height).There was a linear relationship between the response values and the concentration of ammonium in the absorbing liquid, thus the ammonia content in the air of workplace was calculated. Results The concentration of sample absorption solution was 0.010 mol/L,and the linear relationship between ammonia concentration of 0.10 mg/L and 5.00 mg/L was good, r≥0.999. The detection limit was 0.007 mg/L, the quantitative limit was 0.03 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation was 0.18%-0.60%. The standard addition recovery rate was 100%-105%. The certified reference materials were detected and the results were within the range of specified value. Conclusion The method has a low detection limit and a wide linear range with high accuracy, good repeatability and strong anti-interference ability, and can achieve operation automation, hence is suitable for the detection of large batch of air samples.
