摘 要:目的分析2009-2018年北京市怀柔区法定传染病特点及流行特征,为今后制定防控策略和措施提供科学依据。方法收集2010-2018年北京市怀柔区法定传染病疫情资料,运用描述流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果2009-2018年北京市怀柔区共报告法定传染病23种29932例,无甲类传染病报告,年均发病率为760.27/10万,发病居前5位的依次是其他感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒、手足口病、痢疾、梅毒,发病呈夏秋季和冬春季两个高峰。男性多于女性,发病人群主要集中在0~4岁年龄组(13461例,占44.98%),人群分类以散居儿童为主,11321例,占37.82%。结论2009-2018年北京市怀柔区乙类传染病呈下降特征,丙类传染病呈上升特征。需继续警惕新发、少发传染病,重点关注高发传染病(其他感染性腹泻病、手足口病、流行性感冒)及死亡率较高病种(肝炎、肺结核)等传染病的防控。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Huairou District of Beijing from 2009-2018, provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and measures in the future. Methods Data on the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Huairou District of Beijing from 2009-2018 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods. Results A total of 29 932 cases of 23 kinds of infectious diseases were reported in Huairou District of Beijing from 2009-2018, with an average annual incidence rate of 760.27/lakh, and no class A infectious diseases were reported. The top five category infectious diseases were infectious diarrhea, influenza, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, dysentery and syphilis. There were two peaks in late summer and early autumn, as well as in late winter and early spring. The male cases were more than female cases. The patients were concentrated in 0-4 year-old age group(13 461 cases, accounted for 44.98%). The occupation was mainly in scattered children, 11 321 cases, accounting for 37.82%. Conclusion From 2009-2018, the incidence of Class B infectious diseases in Huairou District of Beijing shows a downward trend, while the incidence of Class C infectious diseases is showing an upward trend. It is necessary to continue to be vigilant against new and rare infectious diseases, and focus on the prevention and control of high incidence infectious diseases(other infectious diarrhea, hand-foot-andmouth disease, influenza) and infectious diseases with high mortality(hepatitis, tuberculosis).
