软坚止痛膏联合WHO三阶梯镇痛方案治疗癌性疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察软坚止痛膏中药外治联合世界卫生组织(WHO)三阶梯镇痛方案治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。[方法]将84例癌痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组采用软坚止痛膏中药外治联合WHO三阶梯镇痛方案治疗,对照组单纯使用WHO三阶梯镇痛方案治疗。[结果]两组治疗后疼痛程度均显著降低,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在每周爆发痛次数、全程等效吗啡消耗量、临床疗效改善方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]软坚止痛膏外用联合WHO三阶梯镇痛方案治疗癌性疼痛优于单纯西医镇痛治疗,且可减少爆发痛的发生次数,降低吗啡类药物的使用剂量,并能改善患者临床疗效。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream combined with WHO three-step analgesia in the treatment of cancer pain.[Methods]The 84 patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream combined with WHO three-step analgesia,while the control group was treated with WHO three-step analgesia only.[Results]After treatment,the degree of pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of the number of outbreaks of pain per week,the total equivalent morphine consumption and the improvement of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Ruanjian Pain Reliever Cream can relieve the degree of cancer pain,reduce the frequency of outbreak pain,reduce the dosage of morphine drugs,and improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
