摘 要:为了提高矿井煤炭资源回收利用率,促进采掘抽接替平衡正常,通过对龙滩煤电公司3124S-N工作面切顶卸压沿空成巷条件及难度进行全面分析,结合国内相关案例,制定了中厚煤层综采工作面超前加固留巷顶板、定向爆破切顶卸压、立柱挂网挡矸支护、跟架喷浆严密封堵、初采收尾砌墙保护的技术方案,总结了中厚煤层无煤柱切顶卸压沿空成巷实践效果及经验,为类似条件推广实施积累了经验。In order to improve the recovery and utilization rate of coal resources and promote the normal balance of extraction and replacement,through a comprehensive analysis of the conditions and difficulties of roadway formation along the goaf in the 3124 S-N working face of Longtan coal power company, combined with relevant cases in China,a comprehensive mining face with medium and thick coal seam is formulated,which is characterized by over front reinforcement of the retaining roof,directional slotting and roof cutting for pressure relief,pillar hanging net for gangue retaining support,and tight shotcreting. Summarizes the practical effect and experience of no pillar cutting and pressure relief along goaf in medium thick coal seam,and accumulates experience for the promotion and implementation of similar conditions.
