永陇矿区煤岩煤质特征及煤炭资源清洁利用方向探讨

摘　　要：在对以往勘查钻孔的煤质化验数据统计分析的基础上,对矿区主采煤层3#煤层的煤岩、煤质特征进行详细分析,论述了硫分、灰分、挥发分、氢碳原子比的分布规律,并参照气化、液化用煤的煤质评价要求及洁净煤等级评价要求对3#煤层的气液化特征、洁净等级进行划分,结果显示:永陇矿区3#煤层原煤以适合常压固定床气化为主,部分适合液化,原煤洁净等级为Ⅲ级,属较好洁净煤;浮煤洁净等级为Ⅱ级,属好洁净煤。On the basis of the statistical analysis of coal quality test data from previous exploration drilling and systematic sampling tests,the coal and rock of No.3 coal seam in the main mining seam of the mining area were used. A detailed analysis of the quality characteristics,discusses the distribution rules of sulfur,ash,volatiles,and hydrogen to carbon atomic ratios, and classifies the gasification and liquefaction characteristics of No.3 coal seam with reference to the coal quality evaluation index system for coal gasification and liquefaction. The result of division shows that the raw coal of No.3 coal seam in Yonglong mining area is suitable for fixed-bed gasification at atmospheric pressure,partially suitable for liquefaction,and the clean grade of raw coal is class III,which is a better clean coal;the clean grade of floating coal is II,which is a good clean coal.
