摘  要:四川华蓥山龙滩煤矿属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井,瓦斯灾害严重。煤质松软、裂隙发育,属近水平煤层,常规封孔方式非常困难,且效果不理想,严重影响瓦斯灾害治理效果。龙滩煤矿提出两堵一注带压封孔方案,即封堵钻孔前、后两端形成注浆密室后利用高压注浆封孔泵带压注浆的封孔新技术并应用在煤层预抽钻孔中,龙滩煤矿利用带压封孔先进技术,在瓦斯综合治理方面获得了突破性进展。Absrtact: Longtan coal mine in Huayingshan of Sichuan belongs to coal and gas outburst mine, and gas disaster is serious. Coal is soft and cracked,which belongs to near horizontal coal seam. Conventional sealing method is very difficult and the effect is not ideal,which seriously affects the effect of gas disaster control. Longtan coal mine put forward two blocking and one grouting with pressure sealing scheme,that is, after forming grouting chamber at both ends of the blocking borehole,the new sealing technology of high pressure grouting pump with pressure grouting is used in coal seam pre-drainage drilling. Longtan coal mine has made breakthrough progress in comprehensive gas control by using advanced sealing technology with pressure.
